I checked for conflicting mods and checked again in alt mod launcher but nothing showed up. Deleted config file, unsubbed then resubbed to all related mods was not helping either Honestly im not sure if this is the right mod that i should be asking in. But i think it is.I see other streamers etc like bahroo playing with this mod and he has visual identification that will show ytou if a move will give you a shot on a target, above the abilities bar.
